Top 5 Things You Should Do With a Home Equity Loan

Owning a home is part of the American Dream – that, and retiring with millions under your belt at age 25. If that’s not an option, we suggest getting a Home Equity Loan. You might not be able to retire, but the improvements to your home will have you feelin’ like a million bucks. Here’s a few awesome ideas that get our highest approval.

A Home Library

Although it’ll be really awkward if all you have to put on the walls is one Kindle. Awkward, but totally bad***.

A pool

Best way to cure that Summertime Sadness? Cannonballs!!

A spiral staircase…

…With a slide! Do you have any idea what the time management benefits alone would do for you? You could shave seconds off your morning commute from the second floor to the first floor.

A new master bedroom

Don’t hold yourself back with notions of having “modern” furniture. Now’s the perfect time to right the ship.

A secret room

There isn’t a single person on the planet who wouldn’t die to have a secret room. Just pull that random book out slightly from the shelf, and boom! your own hidden chamber. Seldom do people make this pipe dream a reality, but you’d be doing yourself a serious disservice if you didn’t at least consult a contractor.
